Apple & Dates Cinnamon Crescents
We had some Pillsbury Crescent Croissants in the fridge and decided to take advantage of the apples we also had sitting around.

Bake Time: 15 - 20 mins
You’ll Only Need:
1 Can Pillsbury Crescent(8)
1 Large Gala Apple (thinly sliced)
2 tsps Cinnamon
2 tsps Nutmeg
Dates (pitted, soaked and mashed)
3 tsps of Honey
¼ cup melted Butter
Keep in mind that these are simply estimates, you may add more or less Honey, Butter and seasoning to suit your taste!
Here We Go!
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees C.
Using a non-stick baking pan (we used parchment paper all well) unravel the crescents.
Next, place a slice of apple on the shorter side of the flat rolls followed by mashed Dates.
*Side Note* Dates are so delicious and give that perfect level of sweetness! And oh yeah, they are fantastic sources of insoluble fiber, but you already knew that right?
Sprinkle a dash of Cinnamon and Nutmeg unto each crescent, then roll then up.
Mix the remaining Cinnamon, Nutmeg and Honey to your melted Butter.
Slather your mixture all over the rolls and toss these bad boys in the oven.
Allow them to bake for 15- 20 mins or until golden brown. At this point your home will be filled with the sweet aroma of Cinnamon and Nutmeg. You’re Welcome!
